This service is for converting YOUR M49/57 parts to semi auto.
The conversion will include the Bolt modifications, FCG modifications (Sear modification and F/A selector disable), denial pin installation in receiver, FCG denial plate welded in, bolt modifications, a new tool steel hardened firing pin, a striker, and all springs. All that you will need to do is weld up your receiver, expand the sear hole in the bottom of the tube forward, and drop in a barrel. A note on barrels – If you are building in 9mm with one of the commercially available barrels it will need to be extensively modified to feed correctly. Barrels will be an additional $100 to fix for 9mm feeding issues. (Contact me for details)
Note that there will be a bit of tuning when you get it all assembled. Its not like the PPs43’s that just work with whatever you throw at them! The springs will be cut long to allow you to tune it to your loads. The gun will short cycle until you start cutting coils off the spring, that is on purpose so the springs are not too light for your normal loads.

1. Full Auto Bolt
2. Cocking Knob
3. Magwell section – No welding done yet but the torch cuts can be cleaned, otherwise I will need to clean up the internal torch slag.
4. Complete fire control group
5. Rear Tube Cap
